Your Itinerary

Day 1, 5th July ~ Overnight: Belfast. We’ll collect each of you from your hotels between 9:30 - 10:30am and make our way to Belfast for the night. Our first stop will be the ancient passage tomb, Newgrange for a step back in time… a big step! From here we’ll carry on north to Belfast where we’ll experience a bit of northern history & culture before we check into our ‘home’ for the first night.

Day 2, 6th July ~ Overnight: Inishowen, Donegal. As we travel along the Antrim Coast, (voted one of the most beautiful in the world), we’ll take in sites such as Carrickfergus Castle, The Giants Causeway and Dunluce Castle to name a few. Along the way, we’ll also see hidden gems inclusive of a few Game of Thrones film sites!

Day 3, 7th July ~ Overnight: Letterkenny, Donegal. Today we’ll take in the Inishowen Peninsula (the largest in Ireland) inclusive of Malin Head, Mamor Gap, Doagh Village, Five Finger Strand and even try our luck with leading an Alpaca!

Day 4, 8th July ~ Overnight: Donegal Town x 2. Today we’ll see the wilds of Donegal, Glenveagh National Park, the oldest weaving loom in Ireland as well as the highest Celtic Cross of Ireland!

Day 5, 9th July ~ Overnight: 2nd night in Donegal Town. We’ll make our first stop at one of the primary fishing ports in Ireland then on to the scenic Muckross Head.  From there, we’ll see the highest accessible sea cliff in Europe followed by a step back in time at Glencolmcille Folk Village. In making our way back to Donegal Town, we’ll take the scenic route down Glengesh Pass and one of Donegal’s loveliest waterfalls

Day 6, 10th July ~ Overnight: Ballina, Mayo. After we see the Historic Donegal Castle, we’ll witness the craftmanship at making Ireland’s signature China first hand. From here, we’ll step a bit further back to a court tomb and the ruins of one of Ireland’s finest Abbey’s.

Day 7, 11th July ~ Overnight: Westport, Mayo. Our first stop of the day will be at a world renowned Wool & Linen mill. Our next stop, a museum featuring the life of an Irish hero and patriot for the tenant farmers and established the Land League for which Charles Stuart Parnell became President. From there, we’ll visit one of our Pirate Queen’s place of residence before settling in for the evening.

Day 8, 12th July ~ Overnight: Galway x 2 nights. We’ll follow the footsteps of our famine victims followed by exploring Connemara today including the beautiful Kylemore Abbey and Padraig Pearses cottage. Then we’ll make our way to Galway for 2 nights.

Day 9, 13th July ~ Overnight: Galway for 2nd night. Today we’ll see the mighty Cliffs of Moher and explore the largest lime stone flats in the world with all of it’s rare flora and fauna. We’ll see a sheep demo, a stone fort and the ruins of Corcomroe Abbey.

Day 10, 14th July ~ Overnight: Dublin. As we head back to Dublin, we’ll make a stop at Birr Castle followed by the oldest Distillery in Ireland. From there, we’ll see St Patrick’s Cathedral with our final stop at the Book of Kells.

Notes ~ Each of you will need to arrive Dublin on or before 4th July and share with us with your desired pickup location. Once we have a list of each of your hotels, we’ll give you your individual pickup time.
