This is a full day tour inclusive of all the featured attractions below (and some hidden gems!) and take you through the culture and beauty of our very own, unique Finn Valley, Raphoe, Lifford and the twin towns of Ballybofey and Stranorlar. We'll see the Finn river, a tributary of the Foyle system and a prolific run of both spring salmon and summer grilse. Large numbers of anglers are attracted to the area every season in search of, 'Salmon the Leaper'. This setting prompted the famous international playwright Brian Friel to pronounce “What is on offer is a unique journey along the shores of a lake as grand as any in Switzerland or Minnesota”. We'll complete our tour with a glimpse back into the lives of our ancestors before we wish you a safe journey to your next destination.
